By booking a session and making the payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

💳 Payment

  • Payment must be made in according to the payment breakdown to confirm your booking.
  • All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Payment is non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid, no refunds will be issued.
  • Unless, if notified strictly within 48 hours in advance. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for justified personal emergencies or no-shows.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance by notifying me directly.
  • Any reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated and will be considered forfeited.
  • In case of a no-show (you do not attend the session without notice), your session will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

📆 Session duration & Timing

  • Each session will start and end on time as per the scheduled duration (Eg: 2.5 hours).
  • If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other students’ bookings.
  • Sessions are conducted face-to-face in Klang Valley area.

🚨 Right to Decline or Discontinue

  • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching at any time due to inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or misalignment with the values of this program. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Q: Are these sessions suitable if I’m aiming for leadership roles?
A: Yes. All sessions are designed for mid to senior-level designers and those aiming to grow into leads or strategic ICs.

Q: I signed-up for 2x Person in group, does it mean I have to wait for other person to start the session?
A: Yes. Session will only be started once filled with 2 person. Best trick is you can gather your colleague, friends to join the group. Else, if you are in hurry, I recommend to sign-up for Only You session type instead.

Q: How do I pay for the session?
A: Once you selected your preferred theme, you will received a QR code that link to the payment.You’ll receive a confirmation once payment is completed via Email and Whatsapp.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for multiple sessions or group sign-ups?
A: Yes! If you book more than one session or join with a friend (for group options), discounted pricing is available. Just drop me a message and I’ll tailor a package for you.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
A: I offer a reschedule option if notified strictly within 72 hours in advance. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for justified personal emergencies or no-shows.

Q: Is this online or in-person?
A: For now, all sessions are conducted face-to-face in Klang Valley for a more personal and intimate experience. I prefer face-to-face sessions because they create deeper connection, better focus, and more natural conversations. Especially when discussing personal career topics or doing live reviews.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
A: No. But good to be there in the venue earlier so we can start the session on the dot.
